By placing an order with Hengrave Meadow Glamping & Bell Tent Hire, you are confirming that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

Hengrave Meadow - Glamping & Bell Tent Hire

Bookings

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order.
The balance is due no less than 28 days prior to the date of the start of the booking.
Bookings received less than 28 days prior to the start of the booking will be paid in full.

A security deposit of £100.00 per tent to cover damage or extra cleaning is payable with the balance at 28 days prior to the start of the booking.
Providing no damage has occurred nor extra cleaning required, this deposit will be returned within seven days of a tent collection. Any deductions from this security deposit will be itemised.

The Pitch Area

The area where the tent(s) are to be pitched should be an area of flat grass, no more than 50 meters from a suitable parking place and not directly under trees.
The hirer will meet us on site, or supply a detailed plan, showing the required tent position(s) indicating orientation of tent opening. If this is not supplied we will erect the tent using our discretion and with no acceptance of responsibility for meeting an unknown expectation.
Site fees must be paid by the hirer, with evidence of this supplied.

Limitation of Liability of Hengrave Glamping & Bell Tent Hire

In the unlikely event that we fail to fulfil any of the terms of the hire contract, our liability is limited to refund or cancellation of the hire charge and under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage in connection with the hire equipment.

The Hirers Responsibilities

Keep tent openings closed when not in use.
Do not fix or suspend anything whatsoever from the tent or supporting structure.
Do not use candles or any live flame in the tent.
Fire pits, barbecues, cooking stoves must be at a safe distance away from the tent.
Do not smoke in the tent.
Do not cook in the tent.
No animals allowed in the tent.
