Hengrave Meadow Glamping and Bell Tent Hire (we) reserve the right to amend this website, including prices, at any time and without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to Hengrave Meadow Glamping land for any reason.
We reserve the right to request that any guests behaving inappropriately should leave immediately and forfeit any booking fees paid.
We reserve the right to request guests to leave in the unlikely event of danger, such as due to extreme weather.

20% deposit is required to secure booking of specific dates.
The balance will be due in full four weeks prior to the start of the booked stay. If the balance is not paid on time we reserve the right to withdraw the booking with the forfeit of the deposit.

Booking deposits are non-refundable but we can carry these over to a changed future date, subject to availability, in the same year or next year only.
Any cancellation requests must be confirmed by e-mail.
Hengrave Meadow Glamping reserve the right to cancel your booking in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or national emergency. In such a scenario we will try to re-schedule bookings but will not refund.
You are advised to take out your own holiday insurance to cover cancellation, public liability, loss/damage to personal property

Glampers are expected to take good care of our tents, loos, showers and communal areas.
By booking you agree to be responsible for any children in your care.
We are a natural water meadow with ponds – no fishing, swimming or paddling allowed in the ponds.

Hengrave Meadow Glamping cannot be held responsible for poor weather conditions during your stay.
Although we use new tents every season, it is possible that during prolonged and heavy rain, tents may leak.
